2. General Purposes of Processing

We use personal data initially for the purpose of efficient and reliable operation of the website. In addition, the use of personal data includes correspondence with regard to requests for quotations and other contact, as well as for the fulfillment of a contractual obligation arising from this.

3. List of Data Used

3.1 Hosting

The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: security services and technical maintenance services, infrastructure and platform services, storage space and database services, computing capacity. Theseare used for the purpose of operating the website.

We, or our hosting provider, process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data from customers, interested parties and visitors to this website on the basis of our legitimate interests in making our website available efficiently and securely in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 sentence 1 f) DSGVO in conjunction with Article 28 DSGVO

3.2 Access Data

Information is collected about you when you use this website. We automatically collect information about your usage behavior and your interaction with us and register data about your computer or mobile device. Data about every access to our website (so-called server log files) is collected, stored and used by us. Access data includes:

  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Date and time of retrieval
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Notification of successful retrieval (HTTP response code)
  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL (i.e. the previously visited page)
  • Websites accessed by the user's system through our website
  • Internet service provider of the user
  • IP address and the requesting provider

This log data is used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of our website without assigning your person or other profiling. The log data mentioned is also used to anonymously record the number of visitors to our website (traffic), as well as the extent and type of use of our website and services, as well as for billing purposes to measure the number of clicks received from cooperation partners. This information enables us to provide location-based content, analyze traffic, troubleshoot and fix errors, and track improvements to our services.

This is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 f) DSGVO.

We reserve the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on specific indications. We store IP addresses in the log files for a limited period of time if this is necessary for security purposes. We save IP addresses if there is a concrete suspicion of a criminal offense in connection with the use of our website.

3.3 Data to fulfill our Contractual Obligations

In order to fulfill our contractual obligations, we process the personal data required, such as name, address, e-mail address, products ordered, billing and payment data. This data is required for the conclusion of a contract and is required by us in order to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you (cf. Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) DSGVO for the processing mentioned).

The data will be deleted after the warranty periods and statutory retention periods have expired.

If you contact us (e.g. by e-mail), we process your details to process the request and in the event that further questions arise afterwards.

If the data processing is carried out to carry out pre-contractual measures that are carried out at your request or to carry out the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) DSGVO.

Children and young people under the age of 18 should not transmit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents.

4. Storage Duration

Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued.

In some cases, the legislator provides for the storage of personal data, for example in tax or commercial law. In these cases, the data will only be stored by us for these legal purposes, but will not be processed in any other way and will then be deleted after the legal retention period has expired.

If this is the case, you have the right to request free information from us about the personal data stored about you together with a copy of this data. Furthermore, there is a right to the following information:

a) the processing purposes;
b) the categories of personal data being processed;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
d) if possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
e) the existence of a right to rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you or to restriction of processing by the person responsible or a right to object to this processing;
f) the existence of a right of appeal to a supervisory authority;
g) if the personal datais collected from you, all available information about the origin of the data;

If personal data is transmitted to a third country or to an international organization, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate guarantees pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR in connection with the transmission.

5.2 Right to Rctification

You have the right to request us to correct and, if necessary, complete your personal data.

You have the right to demand that we correct any incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration

5.3 Right to Erasure ("Right tob e Forgotten")

In accordance with Art. 17 Para. 1 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that personal data relating to you be deleted immediately. We are obliged to delete personal data immediately if one of the following reasons applies:

a) The personal dataareno longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
b) Your evoke your consent on which the processing was based in accordance with 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 a) DSGVO or Art. 9 Para. 2 a) DSGVO and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
c) You object to the processing in accordance with 21 (1) DSGVO and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing, or you object to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 (2) DSGVO.
d) The personal data have been processed unlawfully.
e) Erasure of the personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which we are subject.
f) The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with 8 (1) DSGVO.

If we have made the personal data public and we are obliged to delete them in accordance with Art. 17 (1) DSGVO, we will take appropriate measures, taking into account the available technology and the implementation costs. These also include measures of a technical nature to inform those responsible for data processing who process the personal data that you have requested them to delete all links to this personal data or copies or replications of this personal dat

5.4 Right to Restriction of Processing
In a number of cases, you are entitled to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.

d) you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to 21 Para. 1 DSGVO, as long as it has not yet been determined whether the legitimate reasons of our company outweigh yours.

5.5 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in machine-readable form, to transmit it or to have it transmitted by us.

In detail:

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit this data to another person responsible without hindrance from us, provided that

a) the processing is based on consent pursuant to 6 Para. 1 S. 1 a) DSGVO or Art. 9 Para. 2 a) DSGVO or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) DSGVO and
b) the processing is carried out using automated procedures.

When exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly by us to another controller, where technically feasible.

5.6 Right to Object

You have the right to object to the lawful processing of your personal data by us if this is based on your particular situation and our interests in the processing do not outweigh it.

f) DSGVO. We no longer process personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims

5.7 Right to Withdraw Concent under Data Protection Law

You have the right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

5.8 Right to lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place.

6. Data Security

We make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of the applicable data protection regulations and the technical possibilities available to us.

To secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, which we constantly adapt to the state of the art.

However, we would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

In addition, we cannot guarantee that our offer will be available at certain times. The reason for this are faults, interruptions or failures that cannot be excluded. The servers we use are nevertheless carefully backed up on a regular basis.

7. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

In principle, we only use your personal data within our company.

If and to the extent that we engage third parties to fulfill contracts (e.g. logistics service providers), they only receive personal data to the extent that this is necessary for the transmission of the corresponding service.

In the event that we outsource certain parts of the data processing ("order processing"), we contractually oblige processors to only use personal data in accordance with the requirements of data protection laws and to ensure the protection of the rights of the person concerned.
